Are you a skilled sales professional looking for a challenging role?



Job Description:


As an Enterprise Account Manager, your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining business relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective customer engagement and negotiation skills.

1. Focusing on expanding existing customer accounts to achieve higher penetration.
2. Negotiating contracts and identifying strategies to win business from customers.
3. Reporting to the Sales Manager.
4. Executing sales activities in line with sales targets, focusing on customer acquisitions, retentions, and care within assigned sales segments.
5. Aligning sales solutions with Vodafone's sales strategy to meet customer needs.
6. Developing customer-specific strategies and business plans aligned with Vodafone's product portfolio.
7. Mentoring junior staff in understanding customer industries.
8. Maintaining strong relations and collaborating with internal stakeholders to address business issues impacting revenue, cost, or margin.
9. Effective communication and interaction with various stakeholder groups.
10. Working with colleagues to influence customer decisions through sales skills and product knowledge.
11. Providing thought leadership in negotiations and contract signing.
12. Influencing customer decisions through sales skills and product knowledge.
13. Collaborating with internal teams to create individual business customer solutions based on customer requirements.


Requirements:


* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
