Responsabilidades chave
- Be the voice of the company in direct communication with economy-oriented business partners;
- Manage the Italian language market;
- Provide customer support and clarify questions regarding products and services;
- Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels;
- Support our merchants with all inquiries about our products and services;
- Actively work on optimizing all processes related to our customers, continually improving merchant satisfaction;
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing;
Competências
- Native or fluent Italian speaker (mandatory);
- Proficient in English;
- Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly service focus;
- Tech-savvy and passionate about the economic sector;
- Availability to work on-site in Porto;
Principais benefícios
- Base salary: €1,000;
- Meal allowance (SA): €7.63/day;
- Skill adder: €50;
- Health insurance;
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 19:00 (rotative shifts with the possibility to extend the late shift until 21:00, as per client agreement – hasn't happened since the line opened);
- Days off: 2 days off (rotative);
Location: On-site in Porto.
