As a Senior Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in Faro and surrounding areas. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications. Your role will involve creating detailed plans and blueprints, conducting site visits and inspections, and managing project timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving design proposals from junior architects and providing guidance and feedback as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 5 years of experience working as an architect in a similar role. A degree in architecture or a related field is required, as well as strong technical skills in AutoCAD or other design software. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role, as you will be collaborating with various team members and clients throughout the project process.
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. As a senior architect, you will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. You must also have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Portugal to ensure that all designs are compliant.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for candidates who are not already located in Faro or its surrounding areas.
