We’re looking for an Senior Business Analyst to join a data‑driven environment where business and technology work closely together. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements within complex data and analytics contexts.
*For this position you need to have residency in Portugal.

What you’ll be doing
* Work as a bridge between Business and IT, ensuring alignment and clarity at all stages
* Gather, analyze and clarify requirements with multiple stakeholders
* Write clear user stories, including business needs and acceptance criteria
* Support backlog refinement and participate in Agile ceremonies
* Follow functional requirements through to user acceptance testing
* Validate deliverables against business expectations
* Organize and maintain functional documentation
* Ensure continuous evolution of existing applications and contribute to the design of new ones
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as an Business Analyst (at least 4 years)
* Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams
* Experience in data, analytics, data warehouse and/or Power BI environments
* Good understanding of data modelling (tables, relationships); experience with Databricks is a plus
* Ability to work autonomously and stay organized in complex environments
* Experience defining and operationalizing test acceptance criteria
* Strong sense of ownership and quality when validating deliverables
