We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic, multicultural team. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and validate business needs and proposed solutions
* Prioritize requests, manage project portfolios, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Document requirements and support both testing and change management
* Contribute to solution implementation and user testing phases
Technical Profile:
* Experience with project management methodologies, process analysis, and testing practices
* Solid understanding of business data needs and data management challenges
* Fluent in English (mandatory); Italian is a strong advantage
Soft Skills:
* Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player in a multicultural environment
