Main Tasks: Promote and Pitch Digital Tools: To Market and pitch Centric and Digital Tools capabilities to clients in EMEA; Client Relationship & Support: To on-board clients to digital tools post demo and support them in completing the set up; Coordinate Communication and Strategy: To coordinate the communication to clients of the new functionalities To work in full coordination with the EMEA Sales teams in executing the Digital strategy Gather Insights and Feedback: To collect client feedback and work with the product managers on the development and test of the digital tools; Monitor usage & drive engagement: Prepare various analysis using Client data to monitor hit ratios, retention rates, activity statistics, overall performance, etc To monitor client activity and work with product manager and sales teams to increase client penetration Build & implement communication strategy, including automated client journeys to drive engagement and cross-usage of our Digital tools.
Technical Skills: Academic background in marketing and/or business management.
(Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar areas are a plus)
Experience of sales or account management with an understanding of institutional client needs Strong Excel knowledge, Python as a plus Availability to travel within EMEA Language Skills English French, German, Italian, Spanish, etc (preferential) Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and confidence in pitching to clients Intellectually curious with an interest for financial markets Entrepreneurial, Pro-active mind-set, results and commercial targets driven Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong at building relationships, collaboration and team work
