Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Rumos Group, a leading IT specialist with over 30 years of experience. As a Field Support professional, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues in Windows operating systems and Microsoft tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues using replacement equipment and/or on-site part repair;
* Analyze and diagnose Windows operating systems and Microsoft tools;
* Perform troubleshooting and resolution of IP network issues using IP command-line tools;
* Configure networked devices and sharing printing equipment in Microsoft environments;
* Manage folder/file access configuration and security options;
Requirements
* A minimum of 12th grade academic qualifications (high school diploma);
* At least 1 year of professional experience in Field Support roles;
* Proven experience in hardware repair using replacement equipment and/or on-site part repair;
* Professional experience in analysis and diagnostics of Windows operating systems and Microsoft tools;
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
* Dynamism and proactivity;
* Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
