We are seeking an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time (EC Time) Consultant
to support a global project implementation focused on
Time Off
and
Time Tracking
across multiple countries.
This role requires strong
functional and technical expertise
in EC Time, supporting the project from the
design phase through to deployment
, ensuring a seamless integration and successful rollout of the new time solution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
functional and technical support
throughout the full project lifecycle
Lead and contribute to the
design and build
phases of the EC Time solution
Support the
global implementation
of the Employee Central Time platform
Ensure
seamless integration and deployment
of the time solution across multiple countries
Produce
detailed technical and functional documentation
of all system configurations and settings
Support
testing, validation, and quality assurance
activities
Collaborate with cross-functional and international project teams
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience in
EC Time (Employee Central Time)
implementations
Strong background in
Time Off and Time Tracking
modules
Solid expertise in both
functional design
and
technical configuration/build
Experience in
global/multi-country implementations
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work across design, build, testing, and deployment phases
