Transformation Lead
We are seeking a skilled Transformation Lead to spearhead the modernization of our client's identity and access management processes. The goal is to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access for all users.
* Standardize and automate access management processes
* Align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
* Reduce risk by prioritizing access control, identity lifecycle management, and governance
Your Expertise Matters
* Deep expertise in modern Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms, including role modeling, recertification, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and privileged access management
* Proven track record in mapping legacy identity models to new platforms, including role catalog migration, SoD ruleset design, and access recertification processes
* Experience with privileged access frameworks, emergency access roles, and integration with privileged access management (PAM) solutions
* Strong understanding of Finance Access Models, focusing on markets and entities across Planning Budget and Consolidation & Management Reporting
* Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements as they relate to identity and access controls
* Ability to document and communicate access models, role definitions, and governance processes clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
