Norfin has announced a new role for an experienced project leader.
The ideal candidate will oversee the development of economic and financial studies for real estate projects. He/she will ensure that defined construction strategies are implemented and followed across all phases and disciplines. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for managing project teams, including architectural and engineering designers, interior designers, project management, supervision, cost controllers, and other consultants relevant to each project.
This is a key position within the company that requires strong leadership and team management skills. The selected individual must have significant experience in construction, large-scale developments, and specialist installations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement economic and financial feasibility studies for real estate projects
* Ensure effective implementation and follow-up of defined construction strategies
* Manage project teams and coordinate their work
* Oversight of project management across all phases and disciplines
* Analysis and coordination of real estate projects at various stages
Requirements:
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
* 8–10 years of professional experience
* Experience in urban planning, project development, and/or management of urban operations (experience in tourism-related projects is a plus)
* Strong experience in project management
* Significant experience in construction, large-scale developments, and specialist installations
