Role
We are responsible for optimizing eCommerce solutions and for driving transaction authorization improvement for digital transactions globally. We do this by being consumer centric in building our products and services and being relevant in all consumer money flows.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the product development, program governance, and strategy of developing brand new solutions that help our merchant, acquiring, and payment service provider partners increase their authorization and conversion rates.
You will work cross functionally with engineers, data analysts, regional product managers, and account teams to understand customer needs and build a product that drives material value for our customers. This role also involves leveraging analytical and creative problem solving skills to define the future of how we serve our customers.
Key responsibilities
* Drive the end Product Development lifecycle for our new authorization improvement products, including gathering insights, outlining strategy, developing KPIs, defining the customer experience and journey, and working in partnership with Delivery and Technology teams to deliver roadmap capabilities.
* Develop program plans and workstreams across teams, based on team objectives and KPIs.
* Manage and govern workstreams to ensure tasks are completed within committed timelines.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks across the program, including those related to dependencies between workstreams.
* Coordinate meeting cadences for working groups and senior leadership, and prepare materials for senior leadership.
* Translate product strategy into a roadmap containing defined and prioritized user stories, features, and enablers that realize the product vision.
* Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to recommend solutions that drive penetration, adoption, and business decisions, improving authorization performance.
* Design and enable solutions or digital transformation initiatives that enhance business value delivery and responsiveness using project management skills.
All About You
* Understanding of the ecosystem of payment processing, authorization and acquiring services, with specific experience with an acquirer or payment service provider preferred.
* Technical knowledge and skill to speak on the technical aspects of authorization performance, payment processing, and acquiring.
* Comfortable communicating and collaborating with business stakeholders, engineering, and analytics teams at all levels.
* Strong storytelling ability with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Passion for all things digital and intrinsic curiosity to understand new technology.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and global mindset with a passion for learning and using data to solve large scale business problems.
* Ability to craft clear and detailed deliverables and communicate across audiences.
