Content Producer (Photo & Video) Role Overview We are looking for a Content Creator to join the Minga team, focused on photo and video content.You will be responsible for creating fast, relevant and visually strong content across social and paid channels, translating the Minga aesthetic into short‐form video and imagery that drives engagement and product visibility.This is a fast‐paced, hands‐on role where you will shoot, edit and deliver content on a regular basis, working closely with the creative, marketing and e‐commerce teams.Key ResponsibilitiesShoot and edit photo and video content for social media, paid ads and digital platformsCreate short‐form video content (TikTok, Reels) aligned with current trends and platform behaviourCapture both planned and reactive content, from structured shoots to spontaneous momentsTranslate products and collections into engaging visual contentWork closely with the creative and marketing teams to execute content strategiesSupport campaign shoots with behind‐the‐scenes and social‐first contentEdit content quickly and efficiently, ensuring consistency with Minga's visual identityContribute ideas for content formats, concepts and creative directionRequirements2+ years of experience in content creation, social media or audiovisual productionStrong skills in both video and photographyProficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram and short‐form content formatsAbility to shoot with camera and/or iPhone with strong visual outputComfortable working in a fast‐paced environment with quick turnaround timesStrong understanding of Minga's aesthetic and audiencePersonal AttributesCreative with a strong visual eye and attention to detailFast, reactive and able to execute ideas quicklyHands‐on and proactiveStrong understanding of internet culture and trendsComfortable working both independently and within a teamPassionate about fashion, content and storytellingBenefitsHybrid work arrangements50% employee discount on Minga productsSocial team events and activitiesAccess to a benefits program with gradual unlocks, including health insurance, free birthday day and an extra day off per yearThis is a hands‐on production role.
