IT Support Role
We are seeking an IT support specialist to join our team. This role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to internal clients.
* Approximately 4 years of experience in second-level application support is required.
* Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
* A strong background in helpdesk/service support operations is essential.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is necessary.
* Strong problem-solving and research capabilities are also required.
* Experience with ticketing tools for incident and service request management is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software applications and systems, as well as excellent communication skills.
