The Lead Generation Specialist plays a key role in driving VAKT's growth by identifying new sales opportunities and contributing to both short-term wins and long-term strategic goals. This position is responsible for generating high-quality leads, supporting revenue expansion, and helping identify areas for market growth.

Responsibilities

· Support the Sales team in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads;

· Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure lead generation activities align with overall business objectives;

· Analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities for expansion;

· Research, track, and maintain up-to-date records of prospects and leads;

· Conduct outbound calls and outreach to identify new business opportunities;

· Qualify leads through effective communication and needs assessment;

· Maintain and update the lead generation database to ensure accuracy and relevance;

· Conduct customer and market research to identify trends and opportunities;

· Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials;

· Provide timely and accurate updates to Sales and Management teams;

· Develop a strong understanding of VAKT's products and services to support effective lead engagement;

· Measure success using KPIs such as number of qualified leads, pipeline growth, and contribution to sales targets.

- Proven ability to conduct focused, strategic research to identify and qualify leads;

- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment;

- Experience in managing and maintaining accurate lead and customer databases.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with potential clients.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking

- Data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing lead generation efforts;

- Ability to assess and adapt strategies based on performance insights and trends.

Persistence and Resilience

- Demonstrated ability to work toward targets and manage multiple priorities effectively;

- Resilient mindset with a professional and persistent approach to outreach, including cold calling;

- Comfortable in high-activity environments requiring self-motivation and discipline.

Others

- Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or similar roles;

- Understanding of physical commodity market practices and processes, familiarity with trading and operational systems is a strong plus;

- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
