Since launching in 2021 we've hosted around 200 open-air shows, with 50,000+ visitors, and inhabited some of the city's most enigmatic locations. Most importantly, we have had some amazing people join us on our team. People full of the skills, energy and enthusiasm that make our events come alive! Now, we are looking for another inspiring soul to join us as Sponsorships Manager. Someone who is passionate about building amazing partnerships and growing with us as we expand. Aims of the role
Be the bridge between Black Cat and our new sponsoring partners!
A partnerships consultant to bring sponsors into Black Cat Cinema on a commission basis. It's flexible, hybrid, and works alongside your current role, and pays a retainer plus commission per successful deal.
The Partnerships Manager is responsible for maximising our commercial sponsorship opportunities: In short, it will be the role of a salesperson and relationship manager of new sponsoring partners.
Our sponsorship inventory offers numerous possibilities for companies to activate their brands: From our digital presence through to at-event physical activations, branding, event naming, event buyouts, to ideas of our team's or partner's own design.
Scope of the role
* Sales: Contacting potential partners and pitching Black Cat Cinema as a sponsorship opportunity. Arranging meetings between the BCC team and the partners: Facilitating communications, negotiations, and responsible for guiding the sales process from start to finish.
* Development and creation: Working alongside the communications team and sponsoring partner to develop ideas for our sponsorship inventory and tailor them to the clients' goals.
* Partner relationships: Helping to foster and build a strong familiarity and relationship between the partner and BCC management.
* Account management: Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the agreed partnership activations by the production team. Assessment of effective implementation.
* Final project reporting internally in BCC and to the partners.
Required skills & experience
* Experience working with brand partnerships and activations.
* Excellent sales skills
* Motivated to pursue targets independently
* An excellent personal network of companies and potential partners.
Timeline
Kick-off in December 2025 and working into 2026.
Compensation
Keep your full-time job; work with us in a flexible, commission-led structure.
Monthly retainer + % of new sales.
