Mission
Document Manager is a key role responsible for ensuring documents related to production projects are properly managed and controlled. This position ensures compliance with quality standards and internal/external regulations by organizing, maintaining, and providing access to up-to-date documentation.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and manage document management systems ensuring accurate classification and archiving.
* Coordinate document distribution and review among project teams and stakeholders.
* Verify documents meet quality standards and applicable regulations.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation completeness and accuracy.
* Provide training and support to team members on document management systems.
* Collaborate with other departments to facilitate information and documentation flow.
* Manage version control to ensure only the latest versions are used.
* Prepare reports and analysis on documentation status for management.
Requirements
* Previous experience in document management preferably in engineering/construction industries.
* Familiarity with document management systems and software tools.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently/team-based environments.
* Strong verbal/written communication skills.
* Familiarity with relevant regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications
* University degree in Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
