What we're looking for:
* Proven experience leading engineering teams in building large-scale enterprise SaaS applications.
* Deep hands-on expertise in at least two areas: Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), Backend development (TypeScript, Python, GraphQL, REST APIs), Frontend engineering (React, TypeScript, modern frontend tooling), or CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and security best practices.
* Experience with container orchestration (ECS, EKS, GKE, AKS) and/or serverless platforms.
* Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-ownership culture.
* Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies and evolving requirements.
