/ppbr/ppbOverview /b /ppWe are looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager to join our Global Marketing Team, leading key pillars across Innovation, Communication, and Trade Marketing.
/ppThis is a global role for someone who combines vision with execution, translating insight into growth and brand strategy into impactful communication.

/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbCommunication Brand Management /b /pulliDefine and implement integrated global communication strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
/liliLead the development of global campaigns across digital and offline channels.
/liliEnsure strong alignment and excellence in local deployment of global campaigns.
/liliProvide clear content direction to ensure brand consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
/liliManage and brief external agencies and creative partners.
/liliOversee planning and execution across global communication channels (Social Media, PR, Events, etc.).
/liliTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance (awareness, engagement, conversion, ROI), driving continuous optimization.
/liliSafeguard brand tone of voice and visual identity across all markets.
/li /ulpbTrade Marketing /b /pulliDevelop and continuously enhance the Global Trade Marketing Toolkit to support consistent and high-impact execution at country level.
/liliIdentify cross-market synergies and optimization opportunities to maximize efficiency and investment impact.
/liliLead the selection and negotiation of global suppliers when relevant, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
/liliOversee production and timely delivery of trade marketing materials to local teams, ensuring executional excellence.
/li /ulpbInnovation /b /pulliLead the global end-to-end innovation pipeline, from opportunity identification and concept development to successful market launch.
/liliIdentify consumer trends, emerging insights, and whitespace opportunities to fuel sustainable growth.
/liliBuild robust business cases for new product initiatives, including pricing strategy, positioning, volume forecasting, and profitability analysis.
/liliDrive cross-functional alignment with RD, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to ensure strong execution and launch readiness across markets.
/liliMonitor post-launch performance and implement optimization plans where needed.
/liliEnsure all innovation initiatives reinforce brand strategy and long-term business objectives.
/li /ulpbOrganization Process /b /pulliSupport on annual Global Marketing calendar execution namely innovation, communication, and trade initiatives.
/liliTrack budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
/liliDefine clear KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure performance and support data-driven decision-making.
/liliDrive cross-functional collaboration and structured project management.
/liliEstablish and continuously improve marketing processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and execution excellence.
/li /ulpbr/ppbProfile and Requirements /b /pulliAt least 5 years of experience in Marketing, ideally within FMCG, beverages, or consumer goods.
/liliProven experience in at least two of the following areas: Innovation, Brand Communication, Trade Marketing.
/liliStrong strategic thinking combined with executional discipline.
/liliExcellent written and spoken English (mandatory).
/liliAbility to work independently in a remote environment.
/liliHighly organized with strong project management capabilities.
/liliAbility to receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
/liliEnjoy dynamic environments and executing tasks with rigor and creativity.
