Mission:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with knowledge of OpenShift and Kubernetes as mandatory.
The mission will involve :
1. Application Deployment and Continuous Integration (DevOps / OpenShift):
Collaborate on the deployment of applications and ensure the integration of continuous delivery processes.
Demonstrate proven experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Master containerization concepts including Docker, images, pods, services, etc.
Work with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI, and follow best DevOps practices.
Have a solid understanding of common programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
Understand networking, security, and storage in a cloud environment.
Manage application deliveries and associated technical documentation provided by vendors.
Adapt Jenkins continuous integration jobs according to the technical evolution of delivered components.
Prepare delivery packages using Git and Jenkins tools.
Install application components in the testing environment using automated deployment tools like XLDeploy and XL Release (Scope: UI, Batch processes, Database, Reports).
Prepare change request documentation for other technical teams responsible for application deployments in Qualification and Production environments.
Monitor the execution of tasks related to qualification and production releases and provide technical support, as necessary.
2. Batch Processing:
Write (Batch Processing Implementation Document) for the application production team responsible for implementing jobs in the scheduling tool “CONTROL-M”.
Adapt encapsulation scripts for batch launches (ksh, cmd, etc.).
The mission requires mastery of the following skills:
(Required) Proven experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
(Required) Mastery of containerization concepts (Docker, images, pods, services, etc.).
(Required) Understanding of distributed technical architecture (Web) and client-server models.
(Required) Experience with application servers (JBOSS, Tomcat).
(Required) Knowledge of Oracle 19c Exadata Database Management System (DBMS).
(Required) Proficiency in Unix and Windows scripting.
(Preferred) Experience with batch schedulers such as Control-M.
(Preferred) Familiarity with continuous integration tools: Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, XLDeploy, XLRelease.
(Preferred) Experience with testing and acceptance tools: JIRA, XRAY.
(Preferred) Knowledge of incident and change management tools: ServiceNow.
(Preferred) Proficiency with collaborative tools: Confluence, Office 365 (including Teams), etc.
(Plus) Ability to speak French is an advantage, English is Mandatory
