About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll assist customers with their online shopping experience. From resolving inquiries to providing guidance on orders, you'll be the key to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat – in a helpful, friendly, and professional way
* Answer questions about orders, deliveries, returns, payments, and account settings
* Handle complaints with patience and care, always aiming for the best outcome
* Use internal tools to document interactions and follow up as needed
Requirements
You bring:
* Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
* Fluent English (at least B1) for internal communication
* Either already living in Portugal or ready to relocate (EU citizenship required)
* Open to working in shifts, including weekends
* A proactive, independent work style and strong communication skills
* A friendly, solution-oriented mindset - you genuinely enjoy helping people
