To excel in this role, you will need:
* A native level of Hebrew and fluent English (at least B2-C1)
* Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably with a focus on the social media sector
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* An interest in the field of social media and its applications

Requirements:
1. Linguistic proficiency in Hebrew and English
