ROLE - BRAND MANAGER
As a Brand Manager, you will be pivotal in defining and implementing brand strategies for our client’s innovative medical cannabis products. This role involves shaping the brand’s identity, leading market entry and product launches, and managing marketing activities to ensure successful brand penetration across various regions. You’ll work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external partners to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our client’s diverse audience.
The role is based in Sintra.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand Strategy Development: Craft and implement brand strategies that align with the business objectives and resonate with target audiences. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and business plans.
2. Product Launch & Lifecycle Management: Lead the execution of product launches and drive visibility through integrated marketing efforts. Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to identify brand opportunities and address lifecycle issues.
3. Marketing Campaigns & Communication: Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and foster product adoption, targeting both B2B and B2B2C audiences. Create compelling content that highlights the unique benefits of the clients medical cannabis products.
4. External Collaboration: Build strong relationships with external agencies, influencers, industry stakeholders, medical professionals, and patient advocacy groups to ensure alignment with the broader medical community’s expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
* 3-5 years of previous marketing experience
Ideal Experience
* Previous experience as Brand / Marketing Manager in Pharma / OTC
●Solid understanding of marketing principles with a proven track record in brand strategy development and execution.
●Strong project management, organizational, and creative skills with experience leading innovative and successful campaigns.
●Excellent communication and networking abilities to manage both internal and external relationships effectively.
●Education: Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
●Languages: Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
