Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
1. Manage the SLA agreed between the Site and IT Operations: track the consistent performance of the system, ensure its functionality, and oversee its day-to-day utilization and upkeep.
2. Manage on-site IT personnel concerning objectives and results, ensuring each has a job description and conduct semi-annual individual reviews.
3. Develop and monitor the IT Shared Services budget for the site, issuing or validating all related IT purchases.
4. Under this SLA, ensure the permanent availability of systems, their proper functioning, and coordinate or execute daily operational tasks.
5. Coordinate with the IT Operations Region Manager to:
6. Collect and follow up on site requirements.
7. Ensure system ownership by users; coordinate training, procedures creation, and application if necessary.
8. Provide 1st & 2nd level functional & technical support for critical applications (ERP, JIT, Supplier Kanban, TCO) and handle all reported IT incidents.
9. Apply group standards regarding hardware, software, security policies, licenses, and inventory management.
10. Manage site contracts and relationships with external suppliers, including maintenance services.
11. Define and implement IT procedures, including Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.
12. Implement new projects for local applications and infrastructure.
13. Deliver monthly site reports in the defined format to the IT Region Manager.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
* Degree in management with specialization in Information Technology.
* At least 3 years of experience.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and judgment on escalation procedures.
* Effective communication skills and good interpersonal abilities.
* Customer service orientation.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
* Understanding of shop floor systems (sequencing, traceability, etc.).
* Familiarity with Microsoft OS (Win7, Win10, Server 2012/2016/2019) and Office 2016/Office 365.
* Knowledge of PC hardware, software, network servers; Cisco networking experience/training preferred.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
