We're partnering with an international client in the aviation sector on a major digital transformation project centered around Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).
As a
Freelance Platform Engineer
, you'll be pivotal in taking over from Microsoft's implementation phase, ensuring a smooth knowledge transition, maintaining platform stability, and driving continuous innovation across a complex multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS, and Power Platform).
What you'll do:
Develop and enhance integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services, and AWS.
Build and configure Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform Admin Center).
Customize D365 CRM (PCF controls, plugins, web resources, JavaScript).
Manage Azure services for CCaaS (Azure Communication Services, Event Grid).
Design and evolve chatbot solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Configure voice channels and ensure seamless end-to-end communication flows.
What we're looking for:
Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Contact Centre solutions.
Proficiency in Power Platform and Azure Communication Services.
Knowledge of API design, hybrid cloud integrations (Azure + AWS), and automation best practices.
Collaborative mindset with strong ownership, documentation, and communication skills.
Availability to work in a freelance / B2B setup on an international remote project.
