We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our consultants by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall excellence of our services.
Your Key Responsibilities
•Telephone and in-person support
•Agenda and supplies management
•Support in formatting documents (reports, proposals, presentations, etc.), particularly in Word and PowerPoint
•Billing and financial management
•Preparation of time control maps and project schedules
•Travel booking and logistics coordination;
•Support for small internal events and meetings
•Support in hiring/human resources processes and employee onboarding
•Inherent administrative tasks and office management
•Archive and document storage

Requirements for Success
•Bachelor or master's degree from an accredited institution
•At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar functions
•Advanced English skills with proficiency in written and verbal communication
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
