ResponsibilitiesComponent Assembly: Assembly of profiles, diffusers, and metallic structures of luminaires. Electronic Integration: Placement and simple connection of LED strips, drivers, and wiring. Finishing and Control: Visual quality inspection of the final product to ensure there are no defects. Packaging: Preparation and packing of luminaires for shipping. Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and ensure manufacturing efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace. RequirementsProficiency in handling small parts and hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, etc.). Attention to detail and precision in executing tasks. Proactivity and ability to work in a team. Punctuality, attendance, and a strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience in a factory or assembly environment is valued (but not mandatory).
