Telemarketing and Sales Specialist
We are seeking an experienced telemarketing and sales specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tele-profiling, desktop research, relationship nurturing, and lead development using multi-channel and tele-only plays
* Talk to a wide variety of new business contacts, including holiday-home owners and property managers
* Become a product/offer expert and learn strategies to communicate product/offer value
* Clearly communicate business decision drivers and benefits to showcase the product/offer as a strategic advantage
Requirements:
* Advanced/native English language skills
* Superior customer service, cold calling, and data entry skills
* Strong over-the-phone communication and excellent listening skills
* Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible attitude and demonstrated ability to hit targets and exceed expectations
Preferred Qualifications:
* One to two years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-centric roles
* Experience working with CRM software and digital selling tools
