We're looking for an Change/Incident Manager
What you'll do:
• Oversee the incident management process, ensuring incidents are properly logged, categorized, prioritized, and resolved efficiently
• Act as the main point of contact for incident-related communication, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the lifecycle
• Collaborate with IT teams to diagnose and resolve incidents, including root cause analysis and preventive actions
• Monitor incident trends and performance metrics, preparing reports and identifying improvement opportunities
• Maintain and improve incident management documentation, including processes and knowledge base articles
• Lead training sessions on incident management best practices and tools
• Conduct post-incident reviews to enhance response effectiveness and processes
• Ensure alignment with ITIL standards and relevant frameworks
• Manage escalations and guarantee timely resolution of critical incidents
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team
What you'll bring:
• 5+ years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on incident management
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and practices (certification is a plus)
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
• Experience with Python or other programming languages (valued)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
