Sonae Sierra is looking for an Investment Analyst to join its Investment/Portfolio Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in real estate investment within an international and dynamic environment
Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon
Key Responsibilities
Support the analysis and execution of real estate investment opportunities
Perform financial modelling, valuations, and market analysis
Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations
Monitor portfolio performance and support asset management initiatives
Conduct market research and identify new investment opportunities
Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, asset management, legal)
Profile
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field
0–3 years of professional experience (internships included), preferably in investment, consulting, or real estate
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Solid knowledge of Excel;
financial modelling is a plus
Fluency in English (mandatory);
other languages are a plus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
