Responsibilities
* Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, email, and website analytics.
* Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across campaigns and platforms.
* Assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI, conversion rates, and audience targeting.
* Partner with the marketing team to interpret data insights and inform strategy.
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to address data needs and support strategic initiatives.
* Ensure data accuracy and proper tracking implementation across all platforms.
* Work with Legal and Marketing Automation teams to ensure compliance with GDPR and other regional legal frameworks.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar analytical role.
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
* Knowledge and practical experience in data modeling for reporting and analysis.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Qlik.
* Knowledge of SQL, DAX, Python, or similar languages for advanced data analysis.
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with effective time management.
* Experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Knowledge of data protection regulations and legal compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and Google Analytics.
* Experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement platforms.
* Background in B2B marketing.
