Event Marketing Specialist
We are seeking an Event Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy and execution of regional and international trade shows and field marketing events.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring a creative and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Strategize and execute our presence at trade shows and field marketing events, ensuring alignment with sales goals and brand vision.
* Design engaging, high-impact trade show booths and event experiences that captivate audiences and amplify our brand as a cybersecurity leader.
* Plan and manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, merchandise, and on-site execution, ensuring seamless operations.
* Collaborate with sales teams and external partners to develop co-branded field marketing events that foster relationships and drive lead generation.
* Manage event budgets and contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan to optimize ROI and resource allocation.
* Develop compelling marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team to promote events and engage target audiences, particularly in the B2B cybersecurity sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure flawless event execution.
* Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather insights, and refine strategies for future events.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 3-5 years of proven experience in event management, with a focus on B2B trade shows and field marketing, ideally gained at an events management company.
