Job Description
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for piloting recruitment processes and talent sourcing, as well as providing onboarding support to managers.
This role requires a strong understanding of HR functions within an industrial environment, familiarity with HR information systems, and excellent interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will work in an international team, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to drive business growth.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
* Pilot recruitment processes and talent sourcing
* Provide onboarding support to managers
* Conduct internal and external communication processes
* Organize social events and recognition programs
* Support HR Plant Manager in all HR issues
* Promote best practices in Health, Safety, and Environment
* Drive HSE processes and improvement initiatives
* Implement the Faurecia code of ethics and management
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
* First experience in HR function within an industrial environment
* Familiarity with HR information systems and MS office
* International mindset and good interpersonal skills
* Minimum bilingual (English required)
