?? We're looking for professionals with:
Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field is required to perform the responsibilities of this position.
3-5 years of experience in controlling, financial planning, reporting, or similar finance roles are required to succeed in this position.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and support business decisions in a structured and evidence-based manner.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a cross functional environment are essential to collaborate across departments.
High level of autonomy, ownership, and prioritization skills in a dynamic setting enables effective handling of multiple deadlines and shifting business priorities.
Advanced proficiency in Excel;
SAP and Power BI experience is a strong plus and will be highly valued in daily operations.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for successful performance in this role.
