As a
ServiceNow Developer
, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and enhance business workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Application Development & Customization
* Create and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog).
* Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions to automate processes.
* Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
* Manage the CMDB and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
* Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
* Work with IT, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM knowledge.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
* Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
