What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Developer, specializing in Microsoft Copilot Studio, to actively contribute to the evolution of Hyperautomation and agentization solutions, with a direct impact on the business.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in developing and operating automation solutions Proven experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio (mandatory) Experience with UiPath and Power Automate (cloud flows) Experience in Run & Maintain (support, troubleshooting and production stability) Knowledge of RPA and workflow automation Experience in monitoring, log analysis and incident management Understanding of agentization and agentic workflows Understanding of agent governance Experience with ITSM (incidents, problems and changes) Additional requirements Knowledge of Jira and Confluence Certifications aligned with the area/activities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English Currently living in Portugal for at least 6 months Responsibilities Ensure the operation, stability and evolution of the solutions Automation Act as an operational reference Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and incident resolution Monitor executions and ensure quality in production Design and implement new automation flows, in collaboration with the business Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization Design and implement solutions using agentification concepts and Copilot Studio Ensure governance, compliance, and scalability of solutions Contribute to the adoption of innovative automation technologies.
