Business Controller (M/F/D) - Maia Cerealis is one of the largest Portuguese agri‐food groups, with a strong presence in Portugal and international food markets. We are looking for a Business Controller to join our team. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the planning, monitoring, and control of the business's financial and economic performance, supporting strategic decision‐making and contributing to the optimisation of the Group's results. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Management and the Board of Directors in defining the Strategic Plan, Annual Budget, and Company priorities Ensure the implementation, execution, and monitoring of the annual plan and budget Organise, coordinate, and oversee activities related to planning and management control Ensure accurate and reliable management reporting and forecasting Develop and monitor performance indicators and conduct critical analysis of results Perform comparative financial and economic analysis of relevant industry players Participate in the Group's M&A projects Ensure consistency and reliability of information within ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools Requirements Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or similar fields More than 3 years of professional experience in management control, auditing, consulting, and/or data analysis roles Knowledge of ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools Previous experience in a Big4 company is highly valued Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills Good command of English If you have experience in this field and identify with our culture of innovation, continuous learning, and focus on excellence, this opportunity is for you.
