The Role You aren’t just making calls; you are vetting the partners that power our patient care. You will

* :Identify & Map: Research and build a targeted list of high-potential compounding pharmacies (specifically 503A and 503B facilities)
* .Execute Outreach: Conduct high-volume, professional outreach via phone and email to pharmacy owners and pharmacists-in-charge
* .Qualify Rigorously: Vet potential partners based on strict criteria: licensing status, GLP-1 fulfillment capacity, state reciprocity, and turnaround times
* .Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, ensuring every lead is tracked from initial contact to handoff
* .Facilitate Handoffs: Schedule qualified meetings for our internal partnerships team to close the deal

Requireme

* nts4+ years of experience in B2B SDR/BDR work, healthcare recruiting, or medical sal
* es.Strong familiarity with US business culture and communication styl
* es.Tech-savvy (Experience with CRMs, Google Workspace, and VoIP tool
* s).Big Plus: Prior experience with GLP-1s, compounding pharmacies, or pharmaceutical supply chai
