We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop long-term relationships with clients by coordinating onboarding, providing seamless services, and ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
* Plan, standardize, and execute quotes and services for international commodities such as soybean oil, IC 45 sugar, yellow corn, and others.
* Promote and sell our portfolio of products through market prospecting, identifying potential clients, and detecting business needs.
* Implement effective commercial strategies to convert prospects into active clients, focusing on both companies and entrepreneurs.
* Nurture relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, boosting sales performance.
* Conduct client visits to understand their needs, present solutions, and build trust.
* Maintain an in-depth understanding of international commodity purchase contracts, ensuring compliance and negotiation efficiency.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong knowledge of international trade and commodity contracts.
* Ability to manage multiple client relationships with a high degree of professionalism.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field (preferred).
