Job Description
* Develop and optimize the company's organizational structures, both in stores and at headquarters, ensuring alignment with global and local strategies.
* Strategic workforce planning (SWP): Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify future talent needs and translate them into concrete recruitment, development, and team evolution plans.
* Design and implement change management strategies to support teams in adapting to new organizational models and digitalization initiatives.
* Monitor organizational efficiency, assessing the impact of changes through internal and external benchmarks, and ensuring strategic KPIs are met.
* Support culture and employee experience initiatives by analyzing key indicators such as eNPS and implementing improvement actions.
* Lead and develop a team of two, ensuring their motivation and professional growth.
Qualifications
* Academic background in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or related fields.
* Approximately six years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to HR consulting.
* Strong knowledge of organizational design, SWP, and change management.
* Ability to influence and manage stakeholders from operational teams to senior leadership.
* High energy, resilience, and proactivity to lead organizational transformation projects in dynamic environments.
* Experience in multinational environments and fluency in English.
