Strong candidates will have solid knowledge and experience in recruitment of IT professionals, be passionate about technology, sharp on decision making, problem-solving skills and attention to detail. We seek real talent managers for our company, owning this process end-to-end, from first contact to proposal presentation, launching the basis for the onboarding process.
What you'll do:
Analysis
of company's Recruitment Needs & Requirements with Hiring Managers;
Write
and
post jobs
to appropriate job boards;
Source
potential
candidates
on several platforms and social networks;
Conduct interviews
and filter candidates for open positions;
Assess
applicants' relevant knowledge, hard & soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
Coordinate
Technical Assessments with Hiring Managers;
Define and Present
Financial Proposals
;
Monitor and
apply HR recruiting best practices
;
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting
reports
to the HR Manager;
Propose and implement
new creative ways of achieving Recruiting Goals;
Think strategically
towards the best result for each talent acquisition process.
What you will need to bring:
Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or similar;
Solid experience (+2 years) with IT recruitment contexts in fast paced companies;
Understanding of existing IT profiles, main Programming languages, Cloud ecosystems, infrastructure, etc.;
Good verbal and written communication level and ability to empathize;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on solutions and creative approaches;
Highly organized, detail oriented, extremely responsive and able to prioritize efficiently;
Self-motivated, with high performance working independently and with others;
Willingness to learn and grow professionally;
Very Good English level, verbal and written (mandatory).
