Role Overview
As a Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
You will lead a team of consultants, align project goals, and identify new market opportunities to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, understanding and fulfilling their needs.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consultants, ensuring alignment with project objectives and fostering professional development.
Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop innovative solutions to meet client challenges.
New Business Development: Drive the identification and pursuit of new business to support company growth.
Supporting Recruitment: Assist in recruitment efforts to grow and strengthen the team.
Growth Assurance: Ensure sustained growth by aligning resources, strategies, and client expectations.
Requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights.
Strong goal orientation.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience Levels
Business Unit Manager: Over 5 years of experience
Salary & Benefits
Business Unit Manager: €2,200 - €3,500 + Sales Allowance + Business Bonuses + Health Insurance + Company Car + Fuel Allowance and current benefits
