As a customer service specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:
* Being part of a team specializing in troubleshooting and solving customer queries through phone and email
* Solving emerging issues with precision and efficiency
* Finding solutions and optimizing customer technical knowledge
* Meeting and exceeding service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
* Creating an amazing experience that customers value and appreciate
* Following management direction and providing feedback
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
* Native or proficient level of Danish (C2)
* Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
* Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation skills and superior writing skills
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
* A desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator, and problem solver
* High-speed internet access and suitable conditions for remote work
* You must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
* Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon, Portugal
