Adecco Recruitment is currently working on a new opportunity for a Marketing Analyst Commercial Execution with an international company committed to excellence, growth, and innovation.
Key Activities: Develop a profound understanding of our Revenue & Cost structure, competitive landscape and network capabilities in support of delivering more effective commercial activities. Lead initiatives within Commercial Execution and beyond end to end; from creating the business case through to post implementation evaluation.Formulate strategy to maximise network revenue to address specific business questions across functions, regions and business partners.Value proposition management & strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups and stakeholders beyond the Marketing functionDetermine and review appropriate KPIs to coordinate business and financial performance reviews and discuss new lane level opportunities.Guide and support sales by bringing a holistic view of interactions and engagements with customers as well as analysing the key drivers to results.Conduct regular research and analysis of competitive and market landscapeSupporting or leading projects by applying area of expertise. Desired Skills & Competencies: The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Curiosity and team player attitude.Possess Commercial and Business acumenExperience with query languages and Data Analysis & Visualization Tools (such as SQL, Hive, R, Python, and Databricks, SAS, PowerBI etc.) is a benefit.Very good planning and organisational skills, ideally familiar with Agile way of workingStrong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive Revenue growth, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.Reporting: Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levelsAbility to work under pressure/make quick and sound decisionsExcellent knowledge of English is a must (working language).
