We're looking for a IT Support (Production or Application Support)
What You'll Do
* Manage and support daily operations of Temenos Transact, including Close of Business (COB) activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs. Provide L1 and L2 support by handling user queries, performing issue diagnosis, resolving application incidents, and coordinating with infrastructure, vendor (Temenos), and internal IT teams.
* Conduct root cause analysis, support patches, upgrades, and batch processing.
* Communicate ticket progress to stakeholders, document resolutions, create user guides, and contribute to system stability and process improvement.
* Offer technical support during implementations, go-lives, and branch launches, both remotely and onsite.
Who We're Looking For:
Professional Experience & Technical Skills:
* Experience in L1/L2 support for Temenos Transact (T24)
* Strong knowledge of Retail Banking, Treasury, Wealth Management, Payments (TPH), and Financial Accounting modules
* Proficient in SQL, Unix/Shell scripting, and log analysis
