Qualifications and Experience:
* You hold a degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, with several years of experience in agile development, serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
* Proficiency with IT solutions that support agile processes (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure DevOps) is highly valued.
* Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile credentials are essential.
* Experience with global HR/IT projects and strong knowledge of Workday, especially the HR module, or international HR/IT processes are significant assets.
* Successful contribution to international and interdisciplinary projects, as well as experience in managing IT service providers and coordinating external teams.
* Familiarity with compliance requirements relevant to IT projects in the healthcare industry.
