Job Description As an IT Solution Manager, you serve as the primary IT partner for Purchasing, Finance, and Integrity & Law, collaborating closely with divisional teams, regional hubs, and internal/external partners. You own day‐to‐day application operations—managing incidents, service requests, problems, and changes—to ensure stable, secure, and compliant services. You uphold documentation quality and drive adherence to defined procedures, controls, and SLA/OLA expectations. You plan, steer, and implement solution changes and extensions together with business application managers and key users, coordinating requirements, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, release, and hypercare.
