Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the central Quality, Health & Safety and Environment department. Your primary responsibility will be related to quality non-conformities.

Main Responsibilities:
\

1. Handles non-conformities reported by sales affiliates, gathers data, and steers these towards responsible plants/departments for further investigation
\
2. Inputs data regarding non-conformities in SAP
\
3. Maintains accurate records in SharePoint and SAP databases
\
4. Creates purchase requisitions for equipment and services
\
5. Assists internal and external ISO audits, and follows up on actions
\
6. Provides necessary information, instructions, procedures, and documents to departments as required
\
7. Motivates stakeholders to work according to internal standards, instructions, and procedures
\
8. Performs other administrative tasks
