Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The purpose of the HSE Specialist position is to contribute to the compliance and effectiveness of the Group's and the plant's HSE policies, according to directives from Faurecia Group and applicable legislation, including ISO standards.
The main responsibilities include:
1. Participate in risk analysis and evaluation, proposing solutions to improve working conditions regarding industrial safety and environmental respect.
2. Perform internal HSE audits.
3. Determine PPE requirements for each workstation.
4. Control warehouse PPEs: reception, organization, and distribution to employees.
5. Plan employee medical examinations in accordance with legal requirements.
6. Develop HSE procedures, instructions, and forms.
7. Develop and participate in communication, awareness, and HSE training programs.
8. Implement and monitor visual management of jobs.
9. Promote ergonomic best practices at work.
10. Participate in implementing measures for legal and policy compliance.
11. Maintain management systems according to ISO standards.
12. Contribute to the implementation of FES factory strategy.
13. Ensure the effectiveness of 5S practices within areas of responsibility.
14. Handle purchasing requests.
15. Implement procedures related to physical security of facilities.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum education: Degree in Environmental Engineering or CAP TSHST.
* At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
* Skills and competencies include:
* Advanced English proficiency.
* IT skills from a user's perspective.
* Knowledge of SAP.
* Understanding of national and international HSE legislation, including ISO standards.
