Define, implement and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Identify and eliminate single points of failure across the infrastructure and platform components. Lead incident response processes, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis and post-incident reviews. Design and implement disaster recovery and high availability strategies. Build and maintain end-to-end observability solutions, including monitoring, logging and alerting. Optimize auto-scaling policies and resource utilization in cloud environments. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Ensure the stability and reliability of APIs and distributed services. Implement reliability and resilience patterns in cloud-native architectures. Support and optimize multi-tenant platform architectures. Collaborate with development teams to promote DevOps culture and reliability best practices. Contribute to CI/CD pipeline design and continuous improvement of deployment processesRequirements: Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering roles. Strong experience working in DevOps-oriented environments and culture. Hands-on experience with Cloud Automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Strong Linux administration skills, including troubleshooting and automation. Solid experience with AWS services (EC2, SQS, Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch) and networking components. Experience with containerization (Docker) and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments. Experience with HTTP reverse proxies such as Nginx or OpenVPN. Experience with database administration and performance troubleshooting. Experience working with Agile methodologies.
