We are looking for a UI/UX & Content Designer to design projects across websites, CRM, dashboards, and CRO initiatives.Please note that this is a freelancer contract role.RESPONSIBILITIESLanding pages, dashboards, and A/B testing variantsHigh-fidelity interactive prototypes with conversion-focused UXData visualizations and user flow enhancementsSocial Media and Paid Media asset creationEnsure design quality and consistency across all projects and platformsCollaborate with content managers, strategists, and developers to implement seamless user experiencesConduct QA reviews and uphold brand guidelinesParticipate in client presentations and confidently explain design rationaleQUALIFICATIONS5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environmentMastery in tools like Figma, Adobe CC, or similarStrong understanding of data-driven design, CRO principles, and responsive designExperience with interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) is a plusExcellent communication skills and a strategic mindsetAbility to translate insights into creative and functional designsFluent in English; other languages are a bonusNice to Have:Motion design skills or experience working alongside motion designersExperience in e-commerce UX or SaaS interfacesFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)If you are interested in joining our team, please apply with your CV in English.By applying to this job advertisement, you accept that you have shared your personal data within the scope of the clarification text we have provided at Digital is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
