As a Community Specialist, you'll engage with L'Oréal's audience, moderate online conversations, and represent the brand's voice across platforms Your Profile You are a native German speaker with good English skills (minimum B2).
Previous experience managing social media communities or creating high-engagement content (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Excellent written communication and customer-focused mindset.
Problem-solver with empathy and strong teamwork skills.
Confident using digital tools and social media platforms.
Experience in cosmetics, luxury, or customer service is a plus.
Willing to work in rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 20:00).
Your Responsibilities Be the voice of L'Oréal on social media, handling 1:1 and 1:many interactions.
Respond to comments and direct messages with personalized, meaningful replies.
Animate and moderate communities across different social channels.
Redirect conversations to the right teams (e.g. social managers, brand support).
Safeguard brand reputation by using the correct tone and messaging.
Monitor online trends and report key insights using tools like Sprinklr.
